I was given this site to download which I did and then I reloaded my CD which I purchase 3-4 years ago and was on my windows xp no problems but when my system crashed purchased a new computer with windows 7 and went to install the cd and the error came up windows cannot access the specific path or file you may not have the appropriate permission to access this item. Eveything seem to be loaded and was able to bring up cs 4 and load a photo but the next time I loaded another photo it required a serial number but the serialnumber came up incorrect yet it is the same serial number entered during installation... this is a box version and the serial number is right on the dvd case.... never had this problem before .... can you assist
See below the info provided when I first requested assistance.... it looks like CS4 32 bit and CS4 64 downloaded not sure why but if I try either one will only accept 30 day trial
