I had this problem when I first started with Premiere Pro CC and I asked here for help and also contacted "chat" help. With signing in and out of PP and CC most times it worked.
Then the first "upgrade" came out and after that it worked perfect. Over the past few weeks I never had a problem. I was getting ready to write back here on my previous posts that the problem was fixed.
Now it is doing it again. I just did the most recent "update" (a day ago). It also does not seem to be fixed when I sign in and out of PP and CC like it did last time.
Is there any reason that the most current update could be the issue? Or should i just go back to "chat" to try to fix this.
