The phone layout is uploaded at the same time as the regular site. As long as the "Redirect from Desktop" is checked (you have to re-save and re-upload the files if it's not) it should automatically appear when viewed from a smartphone. If you want to see your phone site on your regular computer screen, do this:
1. In your web browser, type the web site address followed by "/phone" (i.e. www.yourwebsite.com/phone).
2. The phone site will come up in your computer's browser. Grab the window and resize the width as far as it will go. Your phone site should be visible and look the way it will look on a phone.
