Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and both programs and the keep on crashing. Encore, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator still work fine. Plus I need to know under "what program" does Media Encoder fall under as on the Installer, I don't find media encoder "anywhere." Please help.
