I have tried everything from re-installing the program to trying to find the nonexistent mediadatabase.db3 file. I have googled and googled until I was blue in the face.
I do not have (under Application Support and Adobe) a folder named "Photoshop Elements". I have "Photoshop Elements 9.0" but it doesn't have the "Photo Creations" folder.
I have even tried searching for "mediadatabase.db3" to no avail. I tried signing in, thinking that was my issue, but I keep getting an error.
I would really like to use the frames and clipart again. Please help.
