You can't get organizer for the app store version. If you really want the organizer, you can try using the Report a Problem link in your receipt to see if they'll give you a refund. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.
Then get PSE elsewhere, but be aware that historically this is a terrible time to be buying the current PSE version.
If you stick with the app store version, you don't "import" your photos, just open them for editing, so you would get them from your camera however you've been doing it. If you're already using iphoto or another program to organize your photos you can set PSE as your external editor and send the photos from there. Otherwise, you're on your own for organizing them.
