I bought Lightroom 5 through Amazon. Received no paperwork from Amazon with the boxed software, just the software itself. Trying to install it. Digits on the back of the box do not work as a serial number. Have tried all numbers, combos, letters from anywhere on box, looked through Amazon email, see no redemption code. Help appreciated.
