Import wordpress site into dreamweaver and use phonegap to convert it to a app

Hi does anyone know how to

1 import a wordpress site into dreamwever to edit it, I want to use a real server and not local host, the site is existing.

2 can I then use j mobile and phonegap on the imported wordpress site.

any help appreciated.
