OMG! It looks like this last time I tried to install it took, I can read my statements on line and also I can access my pdf files! WOW! THANKS, FOR YOUR HELP. It tried for days following the instruction I got from adobe but nothing worked. I read some previous problems with pdf on this site and how they were fixed and I guess something worked.
