Hello, I am a student at The Academy of Art University and I should have free access to Create Cloud. But When I enter my redemption code a get a message saying "Oops, This code has already been redeemed." And the reason I am going to this page is that I want to use after effects but I can't because I don't have a Serial Number while this should all be free to students. Please help
