Sorry, I should have been more specific. Yes, one timeline with four audio tracks. I'm not using playlists right now. I'm just playing the main timeline and then manually changing the audio tracks. It is interesting that the PCM audio tracks seem to play but the AC3 ones don't. In Encore I have it set to not transcode any of the audio files. They all should be Blu Ray compliant anyway.
Like I said, if I load up the M2TS file from the Blu Ray folder and play it in VLC player, I can switch between each of the four tracks and they all play fine. But when I load up the ISO using VirtualCloneDisk and then play the authored Blu Ray in PowerDVD or Total Media Theater, three of the four audio tracks won't play. The PCM audio track plays fine but switching to the other other three AC3 files brings only silence.
Is there some setting I am forgetting in Encore? I don't understand what the problem could be.
