I am amazed at how Adobe handles their issues. I have been working on this easy process of finding my serial number but it's been over a month now and after providing documentation that I am who I am and a ton of additional information - I swear the next piece they were going to ask was to finger print me. They finally found my order - yeah! They gave me a serial number and closed my case. It didn't work. I have re-opened this case and it was immediately closed stating it was taken care of (thanks which i Mohammed!). They tell you to re-open the case if you are still having issues, which I was...then they close it not even a half hour later stating it's been resolved. WHAT??? NO! I need the correct serial number to fix this!
