I have an extensive design team that uses Creative Cloud for their design needs.
I notice one person that came up to me with concerns of their Illustrator CC 2014 not functioning. She launches the app and it opens, but it will not go further than showing the tools before it requires a Force Quit.
I thought this was a one-off situation until I discovered later in the day that other users were experiencing the same thing.
Could this be related to the most recent update from CC? I can't imagine that everyone encountered the same issue at the same time without a common denominator of an update, etc.
Everyone is on the most recent 13" MacBook Pro Retina or 15" MacBook Pro Retina running 10.9
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
