You can try to import the footage with the Trial version of Premiere Elements 13. Even though we have not specifically tested this, you can try with these footages and decide whether they work to your satisfaction. The underlying criteria for the files from "4K" cameras to work is
1. H264 compression
2. Frame size of 3840 x 2160
3. Frame rate of 29.97, 23.976 or 59.94
If these conditions match, the footages should import and work just fine in Premiere Elements. We see that the GH4 footages match (H264 - 3840x2160 - 29.97 progressive). So we do not foresee any issues. Do let us know in any case.
