Yes, that was my problem. I apparently have a volume license for CS5 which I wasn't aware of. I'm the only one at my company who has this software so I'm not sure why my company bought a volume license. And the CS6 license i bought was retail. In any case, I chatted with Support and they refunded my purchase. I will next call the Sales group to find out about getting an upgrade for my volume license.
