The older versions of Adobe Reader mobile products used to show hyperlinks in light blue rectangle highlights. However, due to customer complaints, hyperlinks are no longer displayed in Adobe Reader mobile products.
The desktop version of Adobe Reader shows hyperlinks if they are set to be visible rectangles with highlight style (e.g. Outline, Inset, Invert).
