I'm trying to setup a new administrative website connection in Contribute 6.5 using FTP, and it gets all the way to the "Enter your Name and Email address" dialog after passing all of the FTP tests.
Once I enter my info a box pops up with the attached message. Then, frustratingly, it closes the connection dialog and expects me to start again from the beginning.
I have ran the FTP diagnostics tool and it appears to pass all tests and is contribute compatible (see below). Can anyone help?? Any insight would be appreciated!
