I have spoken with several customer service agents about canceling my account and they according to them have been "successful" with it but yet i am still being charged I called them back a week ago and they said that they would return the money that they have excessively charged me and i have yet to receive they Money. Now that i try to contact customer support on the adobe website it will not allow me to contact them through chat and it does not give me the number to call them either.
