Re: Unable to quit Creative Cloud or download Apps (Mac)

I just got off with tech support. They demoted in and could not fix the problem. I tried from multiple machines, 10.7.5 and 10.9.5 and multiple networks, WiFi mobile hotspot and my DSL. Followed support article that had us uninstall and reinstall after removing OBE folder. Support said someone else will call back tomorrow.

 

Item of note, the Creative Cloud Desktop app shows it was updated 10/6/2014. Is the new version broken?
