We have a crash occurring in various PDF forms at a client of ours that seems to happen frequently enough to cause some strife.
They're using Acrobat XI Standard and Pro (different users).
Basically, they fill out these forms for real estate transfers and such, and often Adobe Acrobat will crash when they click buttons within the form to add more pages, enter data in the form, etc. There are only so many users that fill out these forms and it seems all of them experience crashing in Acrobat pretty often when doing the data entry. We've uninstalled and reinstalled (cleanly), and the issue has persisted since Acrobat 9 according to the users.
The crashes look like this in the event log:

I guess my question is more about the stability of forms in relation to Acrobat. Are they often this unstable? Is it dependent on the creator of the form and the software used?
The users are looking for a solution but considering how many things we've tried, I'm starting to think it's the forms themselves.
Opinions? Advice? All is welcome at this point. I'm pulling my hair out.
