photoshop works on my main moniror but not on my cintiq companion hybrid, any ideas on how to fix?

i just paid for photoshop cc and it works on my main monitor just fine but when i move it over to my wacom cintiq companion hybrid any canvas i have open goes black and if i open a new canvas it blinks like crazy. if i cant get it to work on my cintique i may just get a refund.
