creative cloud and other applications

Can't download creative cloud and other application already 4 days. Every time it shows me this message "We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support".

Before this trouble my creative cloud couldn't load application list. It's shows me only empty blannk. OS win 8.1
