This is the colour, I'm trying to print. #0099BA with gradient.
On the screen, #0099BA looks darker blue on the screen(both retina and LCD). once it print, the colour turn out like bright blue/green.
It was way off from what it looks like from the screen. I haven't changed any spec on my mac and software.
it's only happen on this specific design file, all the other design files that I've been working at the same time were printing out fine.
This issue happen to me twice one I upgrade from CS5 to CS6 but also at the same time my mac was upgrade it from the normal display to retina. The first time this happened was on Photoshop not illustrator.
All I can think of is the printing service's machine or printer might recognise the colour differently.
But I'm not very technical savvy in that area. I wasn't sure if that would be some occur the issue.
