Re: PhotoshopCC 2014 closes down whenever I use "save as" and whenever I used "save as" when downloading images from gmail

windows 7 and Creative Cloud Enterprise registered to Washington and Lee University.  I asked the ID guy at W&L and this is the information he gave me.  What other information do you need? 

I tried update Intel video card driver and got an error message

 

  I did update Java.
