Thanks for reaching out. I have an older version of Acrobat that I am
trying to upgrade and I am not even able to open it to do any work. I
cannot talk to anyone because it is no longer supported via telephone and
this is THE most frustrating cvustomer service experience I have has in a
long toime. I just need some help from someone at adobe soi I can scan and
e-mail pdf fikles.
