Do you have access to another computer that has Photoshop on it?
Is every RAW image like this? Or just this one image?
Also, when looking over at Sony's (USA) site for the SLT-A37, they mention this about viewing RAW files using the Sony RAW Driver:
Note: Images may look rough when enlarged using the Photo Gallery application, but they can display properly using the supplied software or with another supported application.
