Thanks for the reply. Please clarify

There are two type of "render"
a. rendering as in Timeline rendering which is for preview purposes only
and
b. render as in export where file are encoded.
If you do not or cannot set the project correctly, you will get an orange line over that Timeline content. That is the
program telling you that you are not seeing the best preview for what you have in the Edit area monitor. So, you
render Timeline content. And, playback is OK. We need to do some work to make sure you are setting the project
preset correctly in order to get rid of that first "render me" alert. Keep in mind, even if you have a Timeline rendered file,
once you edit it, the "render me" alert returns in the form of the orange line above the Timeline.
Not clear on "....AFTER render, if I play back again....it is staggered and jumpy". Here are you saying that what
looked OK in the preview in Edit area did not look good in viewing the export from that Timeline? What player did you use?
Now here are the details we need to zero in on
a. What are you (manually) or the project (automatically) setting as the project preset to match the properties of the
source media? If you are not sure, please see readings for Edit Menu/Project Settings/General and Editing Mode,
Timebase, Frame Size, Pixel Aspect Ratio - even if they look grayed out.
b. What are the properties of the source media - video audio compression - frame size - frame rate and interlaced or progressive -
file extension....?
c. When you did your export, please detail Publish+Share/Computer/ What and preset....did you use the preset's defaults or
did you customize the preset under its Advanced Button/Video Tab and Audio Tab?
