When you say "I will pay" I have to wonder if you realize how much a decent intro costs. Especially an original one.
If you consider that it takes many hours of going back and forth with a client to determine just the right music, and just the right shade of colors, and just the right speed of the graphic elements - and that is after the client expresses a strong enough opinion on the subjects for the artist to get started. The amount of time can be significantly reduced if you are able to really hone in on your requirements by showing the artist an example of something you like.
If you consider that professionals may charge more per hour than you make at whatever job you have, it could cost thousands of dollars for 9 seconds.
If money is no object, then you can certainly find people to help you. Just say so.
Otherwise, you might find a local college where they teach graphic design and video, then have a discussion with the instructor. He/she might be able to find you someone local that will work with you for a small fee. Or better yet, sign up for the class and learn how to do this work for yourself.
