Same problem here, I built 2 new computers with all MS updates.  Install Acrobat XI Standard, first time you open you get Adobe splash screen, Acrobat crashes.  After that each time you try to open Acrobat, it will never open, you can see the process try to start up using task manager then It  goes away.  When you look in windows logs it shows the Faulting module name: amtlib.dll.
