Sorry - my error - Photoshop Elements. Where do you find the serial number? And do you mean of the failed installation or of the new free trial or the old free trial? It appears that all I have on my computer is the old free trial. I've already paid for the full version of Photoshop Elements 12 but not sure where I find the proof other than my credit card statement. Again, I'm no whiz at finding information I don't use regularly.
