I'm sorry if this appears in the incorrect forum...
I bought Photoshop Elements 12 a few months ago in the software download card. No one locally seems to have a disc version (perhaps they don't exist). My computer has just suffered a pretty drastic failure and I've lost the program in the process. I've searched everywhere, but it's simply vanished.
Do you know if I can download again (I have tried that but the serial number is now invalid - presumably a once only version) or must I stump up the money again to buy a new serial number?
Incidentally, I also lost Microsoft Office 2013, bought as a similar download card, but Microsoft allows you to download the program again with no problem at all.
