I was wondering if anyone can answer some questions for me in regards to BC. We have looked all over and have been on chat with Adobe reps and no one can answer what the guaranteed up time for hosted sites is. What is the actual average up time? And does the hosting company use SQL server. Also we would like to know what the guaranteed successful delivery rate is for email marketing. Thanks in advance for any answers given, it is greatly appreciated.
