WHY even bother to add custom tags in organizer
OK... I give up.... I am just going to add tags in the organizer under "other". I actually created a custom tag... ONCE. Now of course... I cant do it. this is SO typical of elements......

Perhaps the button got clicked that hides the Effect Controls panel's Timeline View. Also, if the ECP is too narrow, the Timeline View will not be visible.
