Thank you for responding. You are correct, invoices are being provided with all legalities. How ever, my understanding in this regarding is limiting.

Adobe has legal department which takes care of it. Can you please raise the same issue in abuse@adobe.com, it is platform from where legal department can let you know the policy that Adobe is following.
