In view of how you're using it, I need to ask you another question before making any suggestions. Would you ever use this sound device for making any sort of live recording using a microphone? Most small interfaces provide a couple of mic inputs, as that's what most people generally require. You can get perfectly serviceable interfaces without them though, and in either category there are plenty available well within your budget.
